Easy access from exit 106 (Eastman) of autoroute 10. Once 
at the town, turn right on route 112 (towards Magog), then 
left on chemin George-Bonnallie. Once past the town hall, 
turn left on chemin des Diligences, then right on chemin de 
Khartoum. About 1.5 km in, you should see the entrance to 
Le Boisé du Lac Parker on your right.

This lot is part of a bigger lot which will have to be 
divided (added to the land registry) at the expense of the 
seller prior to the signing of the deed of sale. The 
municipal assessment shall be adjusted after the division 
of the lot to take the modification into account.

A duly signed copy of the promoter's regulations shall be 
handed in with any promise to purchase. These regulations 
are necessary to ensure harmonious layout and construction 
standards for all owners (current and future). These 
standards will guarantee the coherence of the real-estate 
development for the benefit of all.

An annual cost (to be determined) for the proper 
maintenance and snow removal for the private road shall be 
covered by the buyer. This cost will not be charged once 
the municipality of Eastman takes over all road-related 
expenditures (once all lots are sold).

The lots should be supplied with electricity in the late 
year 2017.
